Portia McDaniel serves as the Charter Board President of the Zeta Phi Zeta Finer Community Foundation, where she brings a wealth of expertise in organizational development, governance, and community empowerment. With a remarkable 31-year career at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Alexandria, Louisiana, Portia played a pivotal role in workforce development, mentoring staff and shaping their professional growth. A proud alumna of Grambling State University, she is deeply involved with her alma mater and is an active member of the Grambling University National Alumni Association. Portia has also held significant roles in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, where her leadership extends to scholarship initiatives and health advocacy projects, including her work with ZHOPETM (Zetas Helping Other People Excel). Her dedication to both her community and the development of others ensures her leadership at the Foundation remains invaluable.
